U can't imagine how much I hate when a tl pops out of nowhere and asks how is my shift going. Why don't you stop acting like you give a fu^k and save us both from the misery?
Do u have any idea about how my relationship is with my TL?
Don't you think it would have looked better if you were to provide some context before you criticize people just because they asked about your shift?
Nothing will ever change if all the associates are blaming other people for all of their problems. What I mean by that is there is no way that all managers and customers are rude and arrogant for no reason. You just need to look in the mirror sometimes and check yourself out about your mistakes if there are any.
Do any TL's or SM's do what you just suggested? If they don't why would I?
Don't forget about the customers
They don't need to do that. What you do or what you don't do has nothing to do with them. You will look in the mirror for yourself, not for others. So that your life can get better by you taking more responsibility for your problems in your life like an adult person would do.
If other people's behavior is not going to change no matter what, what's the point of looking in the mirror for my own faults? Don't get me wrong, as a Walmart store associate, I've been kind to a lot of people who didn't deserve it a day in their life and guess what, I got nothing in return! So I don't know about others, but I just don't take anybody seriously anymore. I don't need to or want to.
What made you think that your TL doesn't care about you? Nobody would think that out of thin air right?
Because whenever I actually talk to him about my shift and about my day to day problems, he almost falls a sleep after a minute. I can feel it and see it in his body language. I would rather people be rude than fake. Just leave me alone pls.

You sure you talk about your shift and your problems at Walmart, and not actually having a small talk with him? Maybe you are the problem buddy, like everyone else says.
What can I do to prove that I'm actually telling the truth?

Damned if they do, damned if they don't isn't it? Why can't you just appreciate people? I'm 100% sure you are the type of person who would cry about their TL not showing any interest in them. I just don't know what you guys are expecting from these managers anymore. No matter what they do they just can't get on your good graces.
