Seriously guys. These people have 2 million associates all over the country. They can’t make every single one of ‘em happy. With a big corporation like this, obviously there will be some problems regarding people, regarding system and environment. I’m not saying that those problems are worthless or don’t exist, but it’s normal to have them. It’s literally like a small city or country. Any corporation as big as this would have similar problems, no matter what industry they’re in. So my advice is stay on the positive side. You’re not gonna stay at Walmart forever anyway. Try to enjoy your time, collect memories and make friends. Just keep it going. Much love.
I already have enough sh^t in my personal life, especially with this inflation. I just don’t want to feel like sh^t when I come to work. I know that it’s naive to expect no problems, but he^l, it’s not naive to expect some fair treatment.
Yeap. Some people clearly think that it's too much to expect a human being experience.
