Can we get some competent TLs?
I'm tired of always being overworked and stressed out because my TL doesn't know how to lead. It makes me wonder how people get promoted at Walmart. Judging by my last three TLs, it's certainly not based on knowledge or capabilities. Am I just really unlucky or is this the case for everybody?
I'm afraid you are right.
They overwork you and stress you out just below the point that you leave. That’s the leadership’s idea of a good TL.
