Can I get a job I didn’t opt for?
So the situation goes like this. I’m about to apply for a position at Walmart, but there is something bugging me. There are several positions open but I only like a few of them. Of course I’m going to apply for those I like only, but I’m scared I might end up working something I don’t like. So, what I’m asking is, do they have a habit of giving people positions that don’t match their choices?

If you’re a regular “labor” worker, they can assign you to any position they’d like to. You can only avoid it if you’re applying for a role you are specifically trainer for or something..
