Have you guys ever had one of those managers who acts like he is the commander in chief? Well, I have and it's hilarious and frustrating at the same time. I can't lie at first it was frustrating, but as I continued to work with this guy, I slowly stopped taking him seriously. The language he uses is so funny. He says some sh^t like "I want these pallets to be done by 10 am, I don't care if there are 100 of them, you are NOT allowed to stop!' and usually the types of pallets that he says he 'wants to be done' is an amount that you can build an Egyptian pyramid with. I can't even imagine what he is like outside of work like maybe he wakes up looking in the mirror and seeing himself as David Goggins or some sh^t. I hope he doesn't scream "STAY fu^^ing HARD" and wake up the entire neighborhood. This might sound funny to you but believe me if you met this man once in your lifetime you would understand that it's entirely possible 😠He also loves to give fake a^s motivational speeches like "I know it seems a lot, but I wouldn't want you to do it if I wasn't thinking you are capable of doing it!' he talks about ZONING by the way. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ He has ZERO social skills bro. He demands unrealistic sh^t when sh^t is unrealistic and he gives unnecessary motivation when it's ABSOLUTELY unnecessary. I don't even know what to think about the guy.
Maybe he expects you to store the motivation that he gives you in the most random moment and then use it for later on when sh^t hits the fan you know.
It's entirely possible LoL
In a chaos time these kinds of people make you feel like you are working for titanic instead of walmart.
Yeap 😂😂😂
Their ego is so big. The problem is they are too fu^^ing stupid to have an ego of that amount.
