Blame it on the previous shift
Whatever happens, whatever is wrong, blame it on the previous shift. It took me a few months here before I figured out this is the Walmart way. So now I do it as well. And I fit in perfectly.
Yeah you do, I know. Just keep in mind that the opposite shift blames everything on yours.
That's the name of the game
