Believe me it's not THAT funny
I hate whenever an associate shows me a stupid meme on lunch break and expects me to laugh my a^s off. I mean I don't want to break anybody's heart and offend them in any way but if someone shows you a meme on their phone with a grinning face expecting you to burst out laughing, there is at least 90% chance that what they show you is not that funny. I'm sorry, I don't make the rules.
I assume you have a car right? If you are that bothered about it, you can spend your time there more often.
I do have a car but I don't want to spend my time in my car in this cold weather. It's also extremely uncomfortable for me to eat in my car.
I don't know man. There should be a way for you to tell people no without being rude. You just need to find it 🙂

Why is it so hard for people to understand that I do not share the same sense of humor as them?

OH MY GOSH like can any of you stop whining and actually tell people you don't liike the stuff that they show you? What makes you think that discussing it online will actually solve your problems??

I have the same problem. I always force myself to giggle at least but it's really tiring. I don't want to talk to anybody when I'm on my break because I already talk to enough people. My social battery literally runs out after an hour and people can't even allow me to just be there. I also don't want to be rude towards these people but it's really tiring man.
