Baptism by fire
First week here, I was supposed to “learn” from another associate. Problem is, they quit mid-shift and left me standing there like an id^^t with customers lined up. Manager just said, “You’ll figure it out.” And guess what? I did. Not because of their “training program,” but because I had no damn choice. Welcome to Walmart career development, folks.
