Bad role model
The other day our TL has sneezed like 3 times in total during his shift and the whole day he was all up in the clouds talking how he came to work even when he was “super sick” and the youngsters got ho^^y on all that bs and now there is like 4 people that came super sick on work following his role model and I think I actually caught a cold from them. I’m super angry.

right?? how can a person so immature lead anything
