Background checks
A few months ago I’ve been charged with a reckless driving violation. Something happened to me, I was angry, and I got pulled over. Didn’t resist anything, paid the ticket, and everything is forgotten now but I’m scared it might pull up at my background check because I applied at Walmart a few days ago. Do they do those kinds of background checks and will it impact their decision?
I think it will be the sole reason you won’t get hired unfortunately.
