A few coworkers and I recently found out that our store might not be permitting us to have two off days in a row anymore. I'd really like to know if this is something that is being implemented across all stores or if this is unique to our location? How is your store handling consecutive days off? I don't understand why this would be an issue in the first place and I'm considering walking away if this becomes a permanent thing.
I think it depends on your location and position
im in topeka ks store 6392 since last before that at Wanamaker 1802. so at 1802 they changed it after covid to team schedule and partime no 2 day off in a row, and just now 4 weeks a go they start doing it at 6392, computer is regulating. schedule it's a joke. is a boud filling the holes were you need workers and saving money for management bonus partime workers are on a rolling schedule
