Avg Pick Rate
Question for my fellow pickers, what's your highest average pick rate? Mine is 236 and I can't get above it for some reason.
Does it really matter what your personal record is? It’s not the Olympics. The company thinks that anything above 120 picks is ok, so it thinks 160 do 180 is just fine not to get fired.

That’s because that’s a really good number. My personal record is 221 but usually I do about 180 or something like that. It really depends where the items are physically located at the time of the order and what is the content of a certain order. All and all, congrats for doing 236.
