We’ve been receiving lots of complaints because our associates can’t speak/understand english lately. I don’t have anything against employing people like that and I even strongly encourage this, but I think that they should not be put in a position that requires communication with customers etc. until they learn english. Don’t put anyone on a pedestal, let’s all have the same rules and job requirements.
