It's so annoying how some associates get away with not following the rules. Some of my coworkers can take long breaks or leave early without ever getting in trouble, while others get called out for like the smallest things. It's so unfair and makes the rest of us feel like sh^t. The managers have to treat everyone the same and stop playing favorites - if one person gets away with something, then everyone should. It's about time they fixed this and made it fair for all of us. These kinds of things are making it really hard to enjoy working here for me, and probably for other people. We're all working the hardest that we can, so why wouldn’t we all be treated the same.. -.-
At Walmart?? 💀💀
I feel you on this. I had the same experience at my old job and it was super frustrating. It’s like the managers have their favorites and those people can do no wrong. It really ki^ls the motivation for everyone else.
fair treatment for everyone should definitely be the standard, not an exception... it's su^ks when managers play favorites, which can really undermine motivation and morale for the rest of the team. consistency and fairness in the workplace are crucial for fostering a positive and productive environment.
