Annoyed with workaholics!!!

First of all I want to say I respect all jobs and professions but I often become sooooooo frustrated with colleagues here at Walmart that overrate their job. I mean, it's a repetitive path every single day, why so exaggerated with it all?!!! Plus, our job is not our whole life. Not even if we were heart surgeons or some Nasa's astronauts (I repeat, my intention is not job-shaming!!) but I see some people just being "too much", just "all over the place" especially the leads here, who over micro-manage and control as if they were ruling a godda^n country!!! I have many examples on this, it happens on a daily basis!!! It makes me wanna quit. This is like top 1 annoying fact among others. and there are more. I am not sure it's worth working here anymore...!!!
