AM I tripping???
am I tripping or did they just hire me over the phone without us scheduling an irl interview??? so I applied online, got a call back pretty quickly, and the person on the other end asked me a few questions, but at no point did she mention anything about an in-person interview. now I’m wondering, did they just skip the interview process altogether because of my previous experience? I’m low-key confused and just wanna make sure I’m not imagining things.
Yeah that’s a perfectly normal thing, they often treat the phone call as a mini-interview
They try to capture the real you when you don’t expect to get interviewed :D
kind of stupid, I usually want to prepare myself for the interview
