Absurd
Can you imagine a hospital that is running like Walmart does? Are you a brain surgeon? Yeah you’re gonna be working on people with stomach cancer for today because we are understaffed. I mean what the f*ck? How can they expect this system to work?
Just because it works doesn't mean they should continue like this. I mean this is just terrible.
Someone hit the nail on the head in a comment: Walmart only cares about kissing the shareholders' butts. If you have ever gone to an annual shareholder convention in AR, you would get the picture. That will never change. It's like this--- adapt or move on.

They expect it to work because it was like this so far and probably it's gonna be like this for the future as well. They are not stupid. Their only goal is to make money for their shareholders. They don't care if you're working in your department or not.
