A little message for you

This message is for the people who are facing disrespect from the customers and still keep their sh^t together. I'm a Walmart store associate and I am one of you guys. In the toxic world that we live in we might be seen by other associates as weak, as someone who is not standing up for themselves, as someone who is a coward, etc. I just wanted to let you guys know that you and I are none of that. We do what those customers can't or won't do. We don't answer back to disrespect with disrespect. That's what separates us from those people and that's where our value is. Stop caring what everybody else is saying, keep doing what you're doing because it's worth it. It's great to be one of those people who are very rare to find, unfortunately. Keep inspiring others with your kindness and never ever stop. God bless you all.
