First things first, let's talk about the elephant in the room: the salary. To put it bluntly, it's not great. As a regular associate, it often feels like I'm scraping by paycheck to paycheck. And don't even get me started on the benefits – they're abysmal at best. It's disheartening to see how little support we get in terms of healthcare, time off, and other essentials. But perhaps the most frustrating aspect of working here is the management. It seems like they're always out of touch with what's happening on the ground. Trying to communicate with them can feel like talking to a brick wall. It's a real challenge to get anything done when you're constantly butting heads with management. Here's the thing, though – it doesn't have to be this way. If management would just listen to us and fight for our interests, things could be so much better. We need more than just a paycheck to keep us motivated. Give us incentives, show us that you value our hard work, and maybe we'll actually want to come to work in the morning.
