You make the decision
I hate when inexperienced managers play the we are a team card. They ask about most of the decisions they make to us the experienced associates and I'm tired of it. You get paid to make those decisions and run your team sir. I'm not. So don't ask me questions about how to do your job if you are not willing to share the pay.
