Yearly bonus
I’ve been hearing rumors that Walmart is offering some sort of bonus for associates in 2024, but I haven’t seen anything official yet. Does anyone have any info on how this works? Is it like a one-time thing, or are they doing it throughout the year? Has it already happened since I just started working so I won't even get it?
From what I understand, it’s going to be performance-based, but they haven’t released any specifics yet. Probably waiting until closer to the end of the year

Honestly, I wouldn’t get my hopes up too much. The company tends to announce these bonuses last minute and only to certain locations.
