Working got me physically fit

For a change, I have a positive comment about my job at Walmart! I've gotten seriously fit working at the Walmart pickup area lol. I started this job a few months ago and I can't believe the difference it made on my body. Honestly I thought it would be just a normal job, with a lot of walking, but the physical activity has been amazing. Besides running back and forth to get orders, I’ve been lifting heavy packages and loading them into customers' cars for hours every day. I’m getting a full-body workout on every shift, so no need for a gym membership lol. I've noticed a big increase in my stamina and strength, my arms and legs are more toned, and I've even shed some extra pounds. Plus, I’ve noticed a large increase in my energy levels, even in the mornings, and a huge improvement in my mood.

I work a similar job and can agree. It's amazing how much physical activity you get from just doing your job.

I worked for Walmart for 26 years, and I was in the best shape of my life, even in my sixties, working in Pickup, then in Produce.
