Why are the expectations so high?
We don't save the world after all. They keep telling us we need to match this deadline and do this do that etc but it's just work and we are Walmart for Christ's sake. We are not some doctors who are responsible for saving children in Africa or something. I don't like the pressure of being a Walmart associate because it's unnecessary as he^l. I don't understand it and I don't want to understand it. I guess I'm not alone in this because a lot of people online and also in real life complaining about similar problems too.
I mean I get where you coming from but I still don't agree.

That's the same for every job and it's needed for us humans to feel that pressure. If we didn't, we would take a lot of time to get the smallest thing done in my opinion.
I can do zoning 10 minutes later it's never that deep.
It doesn't stop there does it? You start with zoning and other things get infected with laziness.
Being lazy or not lazy is extremely subjective.
It's really not.
Because if you do your job HOURS LATER than you should be doing without any reason, almost everybody will think that you're a lazy person and they would be right.
That depends on the necessity of the task
No it doesn't. It shouldn't anyway. It's called being professional.
According to the managers every task is necessary and should be dealt with immediately. So necessity isn't the best argument for this particular issue 😅
