When new hires get thrown into the fire
Why do they keep tossing new people into departments they’re not trained for? Just had someone on their second day trying to run the register alone while I was juggling self-checkout. We want to help, but they’re not even being set up to succeed. This leads to burnout before they even know where the bathroom is.
