What Time Do Customer Service Close in Walmart

It’s always a little surprising how many people don’t know what time customer service closes in Walmart. I mean, it’s not like they’re open 24/7, but you’d be amazed at the number of customers who come in late trying to return something or deal with an issue when the counter’s been closed for hours. Also, some people act like they’re entitled to service at any time of the day. They’ll argue with employees, as if keeping customer service open late is just something we should do for them personally. Meanwhile, there’s a big sign with the hours posted right in front of the counter. From what I’ve seen, customer service usually closes earlier than the rest of the store, especially during the week. So if someone's planning on returning something, better check the hours beforehand. Showing up late isn’t going to change the fact that it’s closed, no matter how much you argue.
