what happens at 5 points?
I've been stuck at 4 points for ages because Sedgwick keeps denying everything since I had COVID in January. I spoke to my coach, who promised to sort it out, but it's been weeks. My mental health is terrible, worsened by my meds, and I have a chronic mobility issue (I'm a personal shopper, so I'm on my feet all day). I know I can't go in tomorrow, but I don't know if I can afford the point since I haven't received any PTO for some reason. I talked to my coach again, and she assured me it was fixed, but nothing has changed. I can't risk losing my job because I barely scrape by until the next paycheck. Missing a day's pay is a real struggle for me, but there's no way I can make it in tomorrow.
