Walmart’s choice of contractors

I’ve heard from several friends, all from different stores, that every Walmart renovation they have gone through as an employee lasted at least 15 days longer than the due date. My store is currently having one and the workers are really - and I mean really - bad. Does anyone know what Walmart is doing? Like, are they taking random independent contractors or do they have an agreement with a specific firm that has been covering all the renovations? I'm asking because the way they’ve been doing it really su^ks.

Knowing Walmart, they’re probably just taking the cheapest ones, might as well take homeless people from the street to do the work for them as long as it isn’t costly.

Lol when have you ever had a contractor do the job on time? It’s an unwritten rule that they never finish on time. Why don’t you do it if you’re so good.
