Walmart mission statement is perfectly accurate. "Walmart's mission is to help people save money so they can live better." No associate can blame a company that has a mission statement like this. They want to help PEOPLE to save money. They don't care about you working in a humanitarian environment with treated like a human being. They don't care if the PEOPLE that they try to save their money are treating you poorly or not. They don't care if their managers are fair and professional or not. They don't care if their managers have favorites or not. They have only one obsession and that is to make the PEOPLE (who treat you like garbage) save money. So stop crying about all the unfairness folks. You should have just read the Walmart mission statement and all of your problems would have been solved before they even existed.
