People complain about Walmart all the time, but it’s never been more successful. Lots of coworkers say how much they hate their jobs, but hardly anyone talks to managers or quits. If you’re not willing to say it to someone’s face, don’t just complain behind their back.

just to let you know I personally have talked with managers team leads concerns the corporate and it all falls on deaf ears. so when you say you need to speak up and ask for them to respect and walk the walk at least in this situation the store story it's still doesn't do any good instead you get a a loss of good employees but when new ones come in the management is there that is supposed to be walking the walk just tell them how they expected to be done and if they don't well and if they do ok
