Upper management
I think The team leads and couches and management at my store take to much time off.They are suppose ti be on the click 24/7 But if something happens they get pi^^^d if you call them after they leave.I know they have other responsibilitys but a lot of them won't even pitch in and help out.They play favorites we work short on weekends because they let all there favorites have off.
