Today my colleague associate was showing me how to do a part of my job as I only started working a month ago and still had some training left to do, and our TL rushed in and started yelling because some shelf was “empty” and needed restocking. We tried saying sorry and explaining the situation but it only started escalating so we just decided to go with it. When I came to the shelf that “needed restocking”, I saw that there were literally 20% of the products still remaining…
Some TLs just love to create drama where there isn’t any.
Gotta love when management loses it over nothing
nothing can get me angry like getting yelled at for no reason. they treat us like dogs sometimes
