TL pay raise
I keep hearing about the Walmart team lead pay raise in 2024, and honestly, it’s got a lot of people talking. Some say it’s long overdue—team leads take on a ton of responsibility, and it feels like they’ve been waiting forever for a decent bump in their pay. From what I’ve gathered, the pay raise is supposed to make the job more competitive and keep people around longer. Makes sense, considering how many folks jump ship as soon as they find something better. It’s still not clear exactly how much of a raise people will see, though. It’s going to vary depending on your store’s location and performance though.
