They don’t fully respect your availability
I just learnt that no matter if I choose my availability only from 8AM to 5PM, I can still get scheduled outside of it. And it’s all legal too. Apparently if it’s needed for regular workflow, it is allowed.
It’s a really disturbing fact. Some people are having some important things outside of work as well and Walmart is not respecting their lives at all.

I can understand them in some way. Like if someone supposed to open the store in the morning cancels, it would be really stupid if the store just didn’t open - someone needs to come and keep the business alive.
