They don't care if I get sick

Last night, my boss was on my case about getting inventory sorted at midnight, even though it was freezing outside. I tried explaining that I wasn't feeling well and needed to rest up, but he brushed it off, saying the cold wasn't that bad and that I should just tough it out and get the job done. This isn't the first time he's been so pushy and showed no care about my health. Is this kind of treatment typical from managers at Walmart? It's really getting to me.

Do you ever wonder if big corporations like Walmart truly prioritize their employees? I highly doubt it. Our whole team could quit in protest of their treatment, and they would just turn around and hire new folks who they'd continue to mistreat. It's just business to them, sadly.

I am working in the HO and I've noticed that people are coming in even when they are sick, they feel pressured and that's it. We had a person with COVID in the office a week ago - we all have families and need to make money and everyone is trying to not use days, but both management and us are responsible - people are not using common sense any more.
