Forget about the money, everything else is a mess. The bosses are clueless, they don't care what anyone from the US says. Pay su^ks compared to other companies in the US. Advice to Bosses: Stop lying to your hires and staff. First, they said just a few late calls, then they hyped up the role, but it turned out to be just grunt work, working crazy hours till the early morning. If something good happens, you only get credit if no one from the US steals it. If something goes wrong, they'll blame you for any reason they can think of. My manager totally favors female coworkers, ignoring all their sc^^w-ups. Walmart's gonna lose good people if they don't sort this out. No diversity here, they only care about gender. As someone working at Walmart here in VA, I kinda get what you mean. Management def feels outta touch sometimes, and the communication ain’t great. It’s really annoying when all the hard work doesn’t get noticed right. Hope they fix this stuff soon or yeah, they gonna lose a lot of good workers
