Every single holiday we either don't get some essential product at all or we don't get enough of something and then we're stuck explaining to already agitated customers why they have to go somewhere else to buy Easter baskets or whatever else it might be. I'm just (morbidly) curious, what is it that your store didn't get that caused a complete meltdown among customers during some of the busiest times of the year?
I work at one of the best performing stores so we never have issues like that.

This never happened at my location - although I've only been here for two years - but I sympathize with you deeply. The kind of customers we're getting, I'm afraid to even think about what would happen if we ran out of something like that.
