The summer season is on its way and every night I’m sweating my a^s off because they decided not to turn on any ventilation overnight?!! We’re working twice as hard as the other workers, risking our health, ruining our sleep schedule and for them to give us worse conditions than others get.

thats because its all about saving money. Your sadly mistaken if you think that Walmart cares about you I worked there on overnights for 15 1/2 years I had a heart attack at work one night and they actually sent me home so the public wouldn't see an ambulance in front of the store!
