In my 4 months at Walmart as a Walmart associate I learned one thing. It took me a while but I did it and it’s very beneficial. Whenever something goes wrong, never ever and I mean ever admit that you did something wrong. Blame it on the last shift, blame it on customers, whatever. Just don’t admit that you’re wrong because once you do that, they will look at you differently. Whenever sh*t goes south in an area that you’re responsible for they will think that “oh here we go again” and blame you for it, even if you didn’t have anything to do with it. Take my advice please. You won’t regret it.
You represent everything that's wrong with not just walmart but the retail industry as a whole.
