The shift where I lived on backup

I don’t know why, but today I felt like I was permanently assigned to register backup. Every time I finished zoning one aisle, I’d get called again. And again. And again.

It got to the point where the CSMs were laughing when I walked up because I was basically on a first-name basis with every customer in line. I don’t mind helping, but wow—there are days when it feels like you clock in just to stay on backup the whole time.

Anyone else have those days where you feel like you’re working five jobs in one shift? #BackupLife #FrontEndGrind
