The disrespect is UNREAL
I just read a news article and doug is bi^^hing about customers showing stressed behaviours and it affects the sales of walmart or something. I mean it's just unbelievable. How can you even say something like this when you have millions of people who are working for you and you give them a salary just to survive. YOU are the main reason for the problem. Not just you but the people like you. So if you want a better business, pay people what they deserve!!
This is the world we live in it always been like this
They also fire you or tell you to find another job if you think that the salary (pennies on their dollar) is not enough for you
That's why we need a union
Don't plan on one. Many years ago, a store in Canada pushed for a union---the store got into one, but the next day when the associates came to work, the place was dark, and there were chains on the doors. The company preferred to close the store rather than deal with a union. Be careful.
