Testing me is not a good idea
There is this guy that I work with who loves to snap his fingers at you when he tries to get your attention. He is not a TL or SM or anything, (Even if he was, that wouldn’t justify the bs that he’s doing) and he is like this with everybody. One day I asked him to knock this sh^t off because I don’t like his behavior because I find it extremely disrespectful. He said he didn’t mean any disrespect that was just his way of getting attention. I said nothing and kept it moving because I thought he was going to stop. He did it again 2 days later. I got really close to beating the sh^t out of him but I fortunately came to my senses and stopped myself from doing it. I’m not sure for the next time tho. I don’t want to get in trouble but he is really pushing me to make some terrible mistake.

Just ignore him. Act like he isn’t there and don’t answer unless he tries to get your attention properly. If you do something to him you’ll get in trouble. Not him.
