Team leads, coaches
Why do they put the most unqualified people in these positions. Give them a title and it goes to their head. They feel they can treat associates like cr^p and they are superior.
The team leads that are appointed are for the simple reason is that they are sycophants. They show up and are functional. They don't dare disagree with anything or anybody. They are vitalized by the ability to boss other people around. .

I agree sometimes the people they put as team leads are not only not qualified but they are also way to young as well. then they have these clicks that are not good either.
