I keep repeating the same things to customers and I really feel like a robot or like a parrot sometimes. I even know their questions before they try to ask just by their facial expressions and body language. Questions remain the same, but the people that are asking them change. I don’t know if it’s a good thing or not lol.
It just proves you’re experienced enough to do that. Good for you.
It also proves that Walmart's system is not the best for helping customers. I don't need to be helping customers on some basic sh^t on a daily basis.
What do you mean by system??
Every store should be identical when you enter them. Every store should provide the same experience and as a customer, you should know where you can find what you find because you found it before at a different Walmart store. That's what I meant.
That's not a realistic expectation. No matter what you do people will always ask questions and you will always feel like a robot. It just comes with the job.
Some people just want an interaction for no reason lol
