Oooof, a friend just told me that his TL gave him ‘an offer he can’t refuse’. He asked him to come work on a few days off and he will get all of his points deducted. I find this super unfair to others whilst I’m also happy that at least he can get his points off so I’m tempted should I report it or not.
It’s still breaking the rules and it does harm others. These small things for which everyone thinks are too small to matter actually matter the most.
Don’t report him immediately, warn him first

That way nobody would be happy, and if you just let it be at least one person would get something out of it, without harming anybody. Anyways that’s the way I see it, you do you.
