Short-term disability
You see, I have a question for anyone in HR theory (since, to be honest, and despite my best efforts, HR hasn’t been able to assist me in this regard). I went for surgery in the beginning of this year and got back to my workplace few months ago, which made me be on short term disability with Sedgwick for fourmonths. Last Tuesday my doctor informed me that I will have to have surgery done in the beginning of next year. May I use short-term disability again this soon?
