Shift madness
It’s always been chaotic through the past two years I’ve been working at Walmart but lately it’s become so bad I sometimes literally wanna start crying from anger. Literally every week for the past few months I’m getting my shifts changed up at the last minute. Example: I make a plan with my friends, book the motel, get all hyped up, and bo^m here goes a reality check - my schedule gets changed - I HAVE TO WORK. I missed a shitload of parties, family gatherings, and birthdays. It's not like I'm a bad employee either, I always show up on time, work hard, and I rarely call in sick, but it feels like they have zero respect for my time outside of work.
