Self reflection for walmart associates is needed

I see a lot of people online and in real life that they complain about everything that goes on at walmart. They complain about the management, they complain about the customers, they complain about the point system, they complain about the usage of PTO etc. Why don't you people start self reflecting and start to wonder whether YOU are the problem? I mean it's not possible for everyone else to be the worst people on the planet and all the walmart associates to be the angels of god right? Walmart wouldn't be able to become a company that's worth billions of dollars if that was the case. So stop blaming everyone else for your own problems. You are a grown human being (hopefully) so start acting like one. Take responsibility for your own problems and if you don't do something about your store, fight for a change instead of spreading out a negative talk all around you. That's not solving anybody's problem and what you do is you just find partners to your misery. It's not fair. Stop putting other people down because you think something su^ks. Start to think of ways that you can solve the problem that you think exists, and find partners for that!
