Same rules don’t apply to everyone

It's so annoying how some employees get away with not following the rules. Some of my coworkers can take long breaks or leave early without ever getting in trouble, while others get called out for like the smallest things. It's so unfair and makes the rest of us feel like sh*t. The managers have to treat everyone the same and stop playing favorites - if one person gets away with something, then everyone should. It's about time they fixed this and made it fair for all of us. These kinds of things are making it really hard to enjoy working here for me, and probably for other people. We're all working the hardest that we can, so why wouldn’t we all be treated the same.. -.-

Fair treatment for everyone should definitely be the standard, not an exception.

i thought i was the only one that felt that way. the same goes in my store. if your a favorite you get to do what you want when you want. you really don't even have to work just walk around the store. and no manager says anything about it

I feel you on this. I had the same experience at my old job and it was super frustrating. It’s like the managers have their favorites and those people can do no wrong. It really ki^ls the motivation for everyone else.

I really hope that they realize that throwing money at the problem isn't the only solution. We need more support and better working conditions if they want to keep good employees around.

It's not just about the workload anymore because it's affecting morale and customer satisfaction too. Don't get me wrong, I really do appreciate the pay raise, but it feels like just an inadequate and temporary solution to a much bigger problem. They need to address the reasons why people are leaving and figure out how to make this a place worth staying at.

Walmart stores have an horrific employee turnover. It's time for market managers to have meetings with associates to hear why so many associates are unhappy.

This is a norm now a days when I first started Wally they rotated the ( what they call now coaches now) every 2 years to try to alleviate favoritism. It work to some degree, but they quit doing that so now if your not one of their favorites it affects ever aspect of your job including your yearly raise. There personal feeling over run there management Morales and company policies.
