Rules for new associates

Do new associates share different rules from the old ones? For example, do they have different work hours? Also is the threshold at 6 points for both or do the new associates have a lower threshold? Just started working recently and I'm curious because I wanna leave a good impression.

I’m happy to hear about young people willing to work hard. All the rules are the same for everyone don’t worry.

They don’t have double sets of rules lol. Although they might keep an eye and watch you more closely than the old associates. But if you’re a good associate you shouldn’t worry about that. Good luck working here.
