One idea that I believe Walmart could benefit greatly from is making a reward system for employees. People like rewards. It’s like in their human nature. The main benefit from it would be how much more good work would be done on a daily basis. It’s an easy motivation boost as well as a fun thing. Simply put: when employees know that their hard work and dedication will be recognized and rewarded, they are gonna invest themselves in it. A reward system could include things like gift cards, extra time off, or even a pay bonus. It makes employees feel valued and appreciated, which promotes a more positive and collaborative work environment. Plus as Walmart measures things only in money, it would save them a shitload of money because less people would quit their jobs.
